Everybody accesses counselling for different reasons. You might want to get some thoughts out in the open; you might be struggling to understand how you feel; you might be feeing different to how you used to feel; or you might want to get to the root of what you believe has been holding you back or upsetting you.
I have worked in special education for over 22 years and been a practicing counsellor for 10 years.
I have extensive knowledge and understanding of SEMH (social, emotional mental health), ADHD, Autism and learning difficulties.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and have 10 years extensive experience working with young people and adults in a variety of settings, including: charities, schools, colleges, and counselling agencies.
